General information
- The consumption of food and drinks brought on board is not permitted.
- Tickets are only valid for the current operating year, unless they are issued for a specific journey.
- The vouchers are valid for 3 years.
- Tickets must be presented individually and openly by the passenger upon boarding, and must also be kept during the journey and presented on request.
- Those who do not have a valid ticket must pay at least € 40,00 extra.
- If a third party service provider is used, the terms and conditions of the company used apply.
- The excess per passenger for damage or loss of luggage is € 60,00.
- No reductions are granted for special events/themed tours with a programme (music) and on reduced all-inclusive prices.
- Driving interruption is not equipped with gates. Re-entry on the same day of travel is possible with a reduced-price ticket.
- Only limited capacity for wheelchairs and bicycles available on board.
- Electric wheelchairs may not be transported for safety reasons. Please plan sufficient auxiliary staff for getting in and out of the wheelchair!
- Bicycle transport is only possible to a limited extent!
