Discover the Roman heritage of Remagen on a guided city tour!

Strengthened by a delicious champagne breakfast, you will reach the Roman town of Remagen around midday. Around the turn of the century, the Romans built a fort at Rigomagus, which was subsequently expanded into a fortified stronghold as the southernmost base of the Lower Germanic Limes. In July 2021, Remagen's Roman heritage was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As part of the guided tour, you will visit the remains of this military border fortification and the Roman Museum.
